Welcome to Small Business Trends radio. I'm Anita Campbell, your host. And I am so glad you could join us today. This radio program is a companion to the Small Business Trends website which you can find at smallbiztrends.com. In a few minutes I will introduce our very interesting guest today, Torsten Jacobi, CEO of Creative Weblogging, Inc. He will be talking about the unprecedented changes in online media and blogs, and trends and opportunities in blogging. So it should be a very interesting show.

But first, I want to thank you all for joining us on this maiden voyage today. This is a brand new radio show. Let me give you a quick preview of what to expect in today's show, and future shows. We'll try to mix it up and keep everything fresh and interesting for you, but you can always look forward to three regular features of this show. First, we'll have Today's Trend, and that will be a short one to two minute segment describing a key trend affecting small businesses today. Then of course, our featured guest. We will have at least one featured guest in every show. And we have a lineup of outstanding guests coming up for you. And I'll give you a preview a little later in the show of who we'll be having on. And the third feature you can expect every time in our show is the Six Disciplines tip of the day. And in the tip of the day you'll hear a real 60-second sound bite of advice from a highly successful entrepreneur. Someone who has learned many lessons over the years about what it takes to grow a small business. The tip of the day will be narrated by Gary Harpst, the founder and CEO of Six Disciplines, who is our sponsor for this program. And we are very, very pleased to have Six Disciplines as our sponsor. In fact this show wouldn't be here without them. I've heard several of the tips and the advice really sticks with you, so I think you're going to find them very valuable.

Baby boomers are starting businesses after long...
